  吊装带属于高频使用的起重耗材,长期受力、摩擦、环境侵蚀易出现损伤,若未及时排查,易引发断裂、坠物等安全事故。定期检查、判断报废条件,是吊装作业安全管控的核心环节。本文依据行业标准,梳理吊装带检查要点与明确报废准则,助力企业规范设备管理。

  一、日常使用前基础检查(每次作业必查)

  1. 外观完整性:检查带体表面是否存在割伤、撕裂、磨损变薄、起毛脱丝等问题,关注长期摩擦的受力区域,局部磨损严重需立即停用。

  2. 缝合部位:查看拼接、缝合处是否脱线、断线、开缝,缝线松动会直接降低整体承载力,存在安全隐患。

  3. 吊耳与护套:扁平吊带吊耳是否变形、磨损,圆形吊带外层护套是否破损、开裂,护套失效会导致内芯露出受损。

  4. 标识标签:确认吊装带吨位、额定载荷、规格型号、出厂标识清晰可辨,无模糊、脱落、涂改,无标识吊具严禁使用。

  5. 环境损伤:排查带体是否存在高温熔融、硬化、酸碱腐蚀、老化脆化等痕迹,杜绝受损吊具带病作业。

  二、强制报废标准(满足任意一条立即报废)

  1. 带体出现撕裂、破洞、大面积脱丝、分层破损,无法修复;

  2. 缝合部位严重开线、断裂,承载力大幅下降;

  3. 受高温、明火、酸碱腐蚀影响,带体硬化、脆化、变色、失去柔韧性;

  4. 长期磨损导致带体厚度、宽度明显缩减,低于出厂标准尺寸;

  5. 出现变形、拉伸变长,弹性与受力性能失效;

  6. 遭遇过载、冲击、坠落事故,即使外观无明显损伤,也需强制报废。

  企业需建立吊装带台账,做好定期检查、使用记录、报废登记,杜绝侥幸心理,从细节规避吊装安全事故。

  As frequently used lifting consumables, webbing slings are prone to damage due to long-term stress, friction and environmental erosion. Unidentified defects may easily lead to safety accidents such as sling breakage and falling objects. Regular inspection and accurate judgment of scrap conditions are core links in the safety management of lifting operations. In accordance with industrial standards, this article sorts out key inspection points and clear scrap criteria for webbing slings, helping enterprises standardize equipment management.

  I. Basic Pre-use Inspection (Mandatory before every operation)

  1. Surface Integrity: Check the sling body for cuts, tears, thinning wear, fraying or loose threads. Pay special attention to stress areas with frequent friction. Any sling with severe local wear must be taken out of service immediately.

  2. Stitching Condition: Inspect the spliced and stitched areas for loose threads, broken stitches or open seams. Loose stitching will directly reduce the overall load capacity and pose potential safety hazards.

  3. Lifting Eyes and Outer Sheath: Check whether the lifting eyes of flat webbing slings are deformed or worn, and whether the outer sheath of round webbing slings is damaged or cracked. A failed sheath will expose and damage the inner core.

  4. Marking and Labels: Ensure that the tonnage, rated load, specifications and factory marks of the webbing sling are clearly legible without blurring, falling off or alteration. Slings without valid identification are strictly prohibited from use.

  5. Environmental Damage Check: Examine the sling body for signs of high-temperature melting, hardening, acid and alkali corrosion, aging and embrittlement. Damaged slings must never be used in lifting operations.

  II. Mandatory Scrap Standards (Scrap immediately if any item is met)

  1. The sling body has irreparable tears, holes, extensive fraying or delamination damage;

  2. Seam areas suffer severe stitch opening or breakage, resulting in a significant reduction in load capacity;

  3. The sling body is hardened, embrittled, discolored or loses flexibility due to exposure to high temperature, open flame, acid or alkali corrosion;

  4. Long-term friction causes obvious reduction in the thickness and width of the sling body, lower than the original factory standard size;

  5. Permanent deformation and excessive elongation occur, leading to failure of elasticity and bearing performance;

  6. The sling has been subjected to overload, impact load or falling accidents, and shall be scrapped compulsorily even if no obvious damage is visible.

  Enterprises shall establish complete webbing sling ledgers, including regular inspection records, usage logs and scrap registration. Avoid fluke mentality and eliminate potential lifting safety hazards through standardized management.
