高空防坠设备定期检验规范，高空作业，防护不可忽视。

　　速差防坠器出厂≠可以永远使用，新品出厂有出厂检测，拿到设备≠直接无限期使用，投入使用后一定要执行定期检测，不要把出厂报告当做终身合格凭证。

　　速差防坠器常规使用：每 12 个月(1 年)检测 1 次，正常工况下，速差自控防坠器，每年应由专门人员检验;检测完成留存检测合格报告，贴检验合格标签。

　　出现这些情况，立即送检，不等一年周期：

　　发生过坠落冲击、锁止过坠落

　　外壳磕碰变形、钢丝绳磨损断丝

　　外壳进水、腐蚀、弹簧卡顿

　　摔落、超载使用过

　　只要经历过坠落冲击，禁止继续使用，立即送检校验

　　日常使用前 外观自查(每次上岗必做)：

　　自查项：钢丝绳有无断丝磨损;外壳有无裂纹变形;锁止功能是否灵敏;挂钩保险卡扣是否完好;标识标签是否完整清晰，日常自查≠年度检测，不能替代年检

　　速差防坠器检测周期速查清单

　　①常规作业：每年 1 次检测

　　②经历坠落冲击：立即送检，禁止继续使用

　　③每次上岗：作业前外观功能自查

　　④无检测合格标签，严禁使用

　　Fall protection must never be overlooked during high‑altitude operations.

　　A Fall Arrester cannot be used indefinitely just because it leaves the factory. New units undergo factory testing, yet equipment cannot be used without time‑limits upon receipt. Periodic inspection must be performed after putting into service. The factory test report shall not be regarded as permanent qualification proof.

　　For regular service of Fall Arresters: Inspection shall be conducted once every 12 months (1 year). Under normal working conditions, the self‑retracting Fall Arrester shall be inspected by qualified personnel annually. Keep the qualified inspection report after inspection and affix a qualified inspection label.

　　Submit for immediate inspection (do not wait for the 12‑month cycle) if any of the following conditions occur: ‑ Has sustained fall impact or arrested a fall ‑ Housing dented or deformed; wire rope worn or with broken wires ‑ Water ingress, corrosion or spring jamming inside housing ‑ Dropped or subjected to overload use

　　Once a Fall Arrester has sustained fall impact, do not continue using it. Submit it for inspection and calibration immediately.

　　Pre‑use visual check (mandatory before every shift): Check items: wire rope for breakage and wear; housing for cracks and deformation; sensitivity of locking function; integrity of hook safety latch; legibility and completeness of identification labels. Daily pre‑use check is not equivalent to annual inspection and cannot replace annual inspection.
